Our Goal
Our goal at VIVO Hair Salon and Day Spa is to make you feel pampered & look relaxed! We serve you in a clean, comforting, relaxing environment. Leave your troubles at the door, replace them with a cup of tea or Vietnamese  offee, then sit back and let us pamper you. Your suggestions will help us serve you better. We hope you have as much fun being  ere as we have serving you! For your convenience, we offer free WiFi internet & refreshments on your day of service.

Appointments
Appointments are strongly recommended for major services. You’re welcome to stop by anytime during business hours. Before & after hours by appointment only. Call 304-535-1110 to make an appointment. Please consult the website for our hours & directions. We recommend you book your next appointment before leaving the Salon/Spa, so that we can be sure to serve you at your best wishes.

Deposits
A major credit card or cash prepayment is required for services and/or Spa Packages of $100 or more at the time of reservation.

Cancellations
As a courtesy to clients and staff, a 10 hour cancellation notice is required or scheduled services will be charged in full. Please call 304-283-4374 for cancellations if needed. Guests who fail to give notice more than twice, will be asked to pre-pay for their next appointment. Thank you sincerely for understanding!

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available for specific services or for any dollar amount. You may purchase gift certificates in person or over the phone. Phone purchases require credit card payment and can be mailed (at no additional cost) to either you or to the recipient - whichever you choose!

Payment
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, local personal checks (ID may be required), and cash.

Children
For their safety and for our guests relaxation, children are welcome only when they receive services on Kids Spa Day.

Extended Services & Spa Facilities Use
To extend your Spa experience, we have complimentary in-room showers and dry sauna rooms for you to use before or after body treatment services. If you are not having one of our body treatments and wish to use our showers or sauna after your body massage or facial treatment, please advise us at time of booking so that we can reserve the rooms for you at $15 for 15’ or $25 for 30’. For more details about this, please talk to our Spa manager.
