Our Goal
Our goal at ViVo Hair Salon and Day Spa is to make you feel pampered and look fabulous.   We serve you in a clean, comforting, relaxing environment. Leave your troubles at the door, replace them with a cup of tea of Vietnamese coffee and sit back and let us pamper you.  Your suggestions will help us serve you better.  We hope you have as much fun being here as we have serving you!

Appointments
Appointments are strongly recommended for major services.  You are welcome to stop by anytime during business hours. Before and after hours by appointment only.  Please call 304-728-0880 or 304-283-4374 to make an appointment.

Reservations
We recommend you book your next appointment before leaving the Salon, so that we can be sure to serve you at your best wishes. 

Deposits & Cancellations
A 50% deposit is required for services and/or Spa Packages of $150 or more at the time of reservation. In consideration of our clients and staff, we highly appreciate a 24 hour cancellation notice is required or deposit will be forfeited.  Thanks for understanding!

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for specific services or for any dollar amount and do not expire.  you may purchase gift certificates  in person or over the phone.  Phone purchases require credit card payment and will be mailed to you, or to the recipient - whichever you choose. 

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, personal Checks and cash.

Children
For their safety and for your relaxation, children are welcome as long as they can sit quietly in our waiting area.
