APPOINTMENTS
Appointments are strongly recommended for major services. You’re welcome to stop by anytime during business hours. Before & after hours by appointment only. We recommend you to book your appointment before leaving the Spa, so that we can be sure to serve you at your best wishes.
DEPOSITS
A major credit card or cash pre-payment is required for services and/or Spa Packages of $100 or more at the time of booking. We reserve our time just for you! Deposits can also be made on PAYPAL/CASHAPP/VENMO/ZELLE or CALL us at 304-535-1110 to complete over the phone. Thank you! ❤️
CANCELLATION
As a courtesy to clients and staff, a 24 hour cancellation notice is required or scheduled services will be charged in full. Guests who fail to give notice more than twice, will be asked to pre-pay for their next appointment. Thank you sincerely for understanding!
ALL PERMANENT MAKE UP SERVICES: A 50% deposit is required to schedule your procedure which is applied to your final total. If you need to reschedule your service for any reason, you may keep your deposit of the appointment if we are given 2 weeks’ notice. Any no call- no show- missed appointment without 72 hours prior to your date of your procedure will be charged in full, unless emergency cases happen and only with approval. Reschedule is required.
GIFT CERTIFICATES/GIFT CARDS
Gift Certificates and or E-Gift Cards are available for specific services or for any dollar amount. You may purchase E-Gift Cards online, in person or over the phone. Phone purchases require credit card payment & can be emailed to you or to the recipient. All GC are non-refundable & may not be redeemed for cash. Paper Gift Certificate expires one year from the date of purchase. Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen! Thank you!
PAYMENTS
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express, Local Personal Checks (ID may be required) and Cash. $30 for any returned check. All service sales are final. Once services are served, there is no refund. Thank you!
CHILDREN
For their safety & for our guests relaxation, children are welcome only when they receive services & with adult supervision.
GRATUITY
Is your way of thanking us for a job well-done! For your satisfaction & personal discretion, NO gratuity is added ahead to any of your service or package. We thank you sincerely for your generosity. Customary gratuity is 15%-25%. THANK YOU!
